The hotel's prime location next to the Metro, restaurants, and the park made it convenient for exploring Lisbon. The staff were responsive and extremely helpful.- Check-in was easy and the atmosphere was quiet throughout the venue.

Quiet hotel and very nice staff. The breakfast buffet is very good. The view from the room, beautiful.. We let them know we were coming for a celebration and they gave us champagne and a cake that was advertised as the best chocolate cake in the world... and it sure was! Spectacular.. The area, about 15 minutes walk from the Plaza del Comercio, is magnificent. Nearby there is a metro and buses, making it easy to get around.
We were on the top floor and there was a hot water pressure problem. The air conditioning was already changed for summer and it was cold. And it was cold days in Lisbon. The staff kindly provided us with an oil heater. There's no garage. The nearest one is public in the Marques de Pombal Square. A great inconvenience for those of us who went by car.

I think the hotel is in the best area of Lisbon, 70 meters from the mouth of the subway, 150 of the stops 1 of all citybus (very necessary to know the city) Marques de Pombal, 100 meters from the Liberdade Avenue, exclusive, you can walk to the center (Restaurants) in 15 minutes, it is very nice during the day and better at night to return, has three bars on the Boulevard, where they play street artists, good, cinemas and theaters, therefore very crowded and safe, is with respect to the location. bed is very comfortable, bath and shower impeccable and breakfast complete, if I wanted without this being a contra, would lack a raw ham, it is more than enough
The wi-fi was practically non-existent during the three days we were there, but since one walks around the city and returns at night, it doesn't make a dent, but I think that should be improved. Put a ramp at the entrance of the hotel for the luggage as there are 8 or 10 steps that have to go up and down the stairs and nobody came to help us. The staff should be a little more friendly, I asked the concierge, for the language, if he could make a call for me, and he answered negatively

Hotel was of an impressive standard for the price given. Good locale near Pombal. Excellent breakfast. Good room cleaning. Staff - some friendly some serious, all effective. WiFi internet worked well after initial help from desk staff.
On my Booked.net reservation I specifically requested a double bed. a two twin push-together room was given with no comment from the receptionist. No complaint was made as he had made an effort to give us a room even with out 0800 arrival. Twin beds are not the same as a double bed, but we made-do. Only thing that irked me about this hotel.

The staff are very friendly, helpful you just feel at home when you first arrive at the hotel. Our room was very tidy, clean, love the white bed shit just comfortable. The breakfast was very nice, different sort of breads, cakes, juice, fruits. Everything organized, soft music...Outside the hotel you can find restaurants, bars, shops for all "pockets" and you are not that far to the center area, it is a nice walk...anyway this is the reason when I am in Lisbon I love to be in this hotel.

All good! Except the sleeper coach!!
The Web lay out for the Family room gave the impression that it was much larger!!! Also assured that there would be proper beds and not sleeper coaches!

It was a nicely appointed and great value hotel, nesteled in a contemporary building. We got reasonably large room with a great view. Location: the property was so close to the centre of town, and the park and metro stop...

The location was convenient and prime, near the train station, public transport, or cheap taxis. Parque Eduardo VII was a great place for a morning run with a beautiful panoramic view of Lisbon.- Spent a nice evening at Royal Spice Restaurante, located near the venue.

It was a good choice because of the strategic position of the hotel. Direct connection by bus from/to the airport; located in the city center with Metro and buses to every destination (2 min walking distance from the hotel); also very easy to exit Lisbona by car from there (several car rental in the area if needed).
Breakfast could be improved..

Quality comfort and facilities at the hotel
Although there were lovely large mirrors on the wardrobes a mirror at the dressing table would have been great.
